What we DO support
Free technical support is available 8:00pm - 5:00pm CDT Monday thru Friday. We can assist with problems related to maintaining baby pictures and statistics as well as answer questions on how to view babies.
What we DO NOT support
Due to a high volume of requests from our clients(hospitals) we are unable to answer questions related specifically to ISP's and other hardware problems. We can only answer questions related to viewing the babies.
